not only am i eating healthy but ive been waking up at 8:50am every morning to take my meds (or i wake up at 8:30 and lie in bed til 9 (when i have to take the meds), the construction next door is loud and ive had stomach issues in the morning that also kept me up) so the latest ive gone to sleep for a little over a week was 1:30am (the earliest being 12)
my sleeping schedule is the most normal its ever been weeps

in case anyones curious about my current diet im on
im currently on a no wheat no red meat no sugar/chocolate/etc no fried stuff diet for my digestion (its a crohn’s disease thing), so like, not everything but what i can remember what ive only been eating recently:
cooked mushy quinoa flakes, boiled white fish/salmon, boiled chicken (not as much as fish though), mashed potatoes, mashed yams, mashed butter nut squash (in moderation), very tiny bit of cooked spinach in moderation (havent had it recently do to a few relapses i had we were worried it had too much fiber so weve taken a small break from it but i think ill be able to eat it again soon), wild mushrooms- in moderation, eggs cooked soft, cream of buckwheat bc i guess thats different than regular wheat, pressed turkey (a recent addition), mushed avocado, soft cooked carrots in moderation, cantaloupe, cottage cheese, plain unflavored yogurt, plain rice crackers in moderation, lots of milk, coconut water (ew), taro root cooked in a tea-like way, uh, thats about it i think uhm
and everything seasoned with either butter and salt or dill or turmeric [or mashed with milk and yogurt]
i miss being able to eat what i want though id kill for a pizza and fries and pasta oh boy i really would
but i make do
its pretty tasty if you know how to season it or what flavors go best with what and ive been on this diet for a little over a week so im sadly getting used to it
